계정 삭제 요청

방법 1 — 앱에서 직접 삭제 (즉시)
- MyVerse 앱 실행 → 오른쪽 아래 프로필 탭
- 오른쪽 위 설정(톱니바퀴)
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제 → 확인
확인을 누르는 즉시 계정과 콘텐츠가 삭제 처리되며, 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
방법 2 — 이메일로 요청
앱에 로그인할 수 없거나 기기를 잃어버린 경우, 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 아래 주소에 보내주세요.
본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 처리하고, 처리 완료를 회신드립니다.
무엇이 삭제되나요

| 결제·구매 기록 | 전자상거래법에 따라 5년 보관(대금 결제·재화 공급 기록) |
| 소비자 불만·분쟁 처리 기록 | 전자상거래법에 따라 3년 보관 |
| 부정 이용 기록 | 재가입 악용 방지를 위해 1년 보관 |
법령에 따라 보관하는 항목은 해당 목적 외로 이용하지 않으며, 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
일부만 삭제하고 싶다면
계정은 유지한 채 특정 게시물·사진만 지우려면 앱에서 해당 게시물의 ⋯ → 삭제를 이용하세요. 개별 데이터 열람·정정 요청은 bridgestudio@bridgestudio-ai.com 로 보내주시면 처리해 드립니다.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open MyVerse → Profile tab (bottom right)
- Tap Settings (gear icon, top right)
- Scroll to the bottom → Delete account → confirm
Deletion starts the moment you confirm and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot sign in or lost your device, email us from the address you signed up with.

Body · your sign-up email and the nickname you used
After verifying your identity we complete the request within 5 business days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted

| Device information and access logs | Deleted, except access logs kept 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act |
| Payment and purchase records | Kept 5 years under the E-Commerce Act |
| Consumer complaint or dispute records | Kept 3 years under the E-Commerce Act |
| Records of fraudulent use | Kept 1 year to prevent abuse via re-registration |
Data retained under law is never used for any other purpose and is destroyed without delay once the period ends.
Deleting only part of your data
To remove specific posts or photos while keeping your account, use ⋯ → Delete on that post in the app. For access or correction requests, write to bridgestudio@bridgestudio-ai.com.
