제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Bridgestudio(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 MyVerse 및 관련 제반 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관하여 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제3조 (정의)
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원을 말합니다.
- "콘텐츠"란 이용자가 서비스에 게시한 글·이미지·메시지 등 일체의 정보를 말합니다.
- "AI 콘텐츠"란 서비스 내 인공지능이 자동으로 생성한 인물, 문장, 이미지 등을 말합니다.
제4조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자와 사유를 명시하여 적용일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 공지합니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (이용계약의 체결)
이용계약은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의하고 회원가입을 신청한 후 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 체결됩니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만의 가입 신청, 타인의 명의를 도용한 신청, 이전에 이용이 제한된 이력이 있는 경우 등에 대해 승낙을 거부하거나 유보할 수 있습니다. 회원가입 시 본인 명의 휴대폰 본인인증이 필요하며, 한 사람은 하나의 계정만 이용할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (서비스의 내용과 AI 생성 콘텐츠 고지)
회사는 피드, 댓글, 메시지, 스토리 등 서비스 기능을 제공하며, 서비스의 내용은 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
- 음란물, 폭력적·혐오적 표현, 불법 정보를 게시하는 행위
- 타인을 괴롭히거나 명예를 훼손하는 행위
- 서비스를 역설계하거나 자동화된 수단으로 비정상적으로 이용하는 행위
- 회사의 사전 승낙 없이 서비스를 영리 목적으로 이용하는 행위
- 기타 관련 법령 또는 본 약관에 위배되는 행위
이용자가 서비스에 게시한 콘텐츠에 대한 법적 책임은 게시한 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
제8조 (콘텐츠의 관리 및 권리)
이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 운영·개선 및 홍보 목적의 범위에서 해당 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 이용자의 별도 동의가 필요한 사항은 동의를 받습니다.
회사는 신고되거나 법령 또는 본 약관을 위반한 콘텐츠에 대해 게시 중단, 삭제 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (유료 서비스 및 환불)
유료 서비스의 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며, 결제 취소·환불은 각 스토어의 정책과 관련 법령에 따릅니다. 이미 사용된 디지털 콘텐츠에 대해서는 관련 법령이 정하는 범위에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
제10조 (이용 제한 및 계약 해지)
이용자는 앱 내 설정에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제하여 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 사전 통지 후 이용을 제한할 수 있으며, 위반 정도가 중대한 경우 즉시 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
제11조 (서비스의 중단)
회사는 설비 점검·교체, 통신 두절 등 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다. 사전 공지가 불가능한 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우에는 사후에 공지합니다.
제12조 (면책)
회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 손해, 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 서비스를 매개로 발생한 분쟁에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.
제13조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁에 대해서는 민사소송법상의 관할 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Bridgestudio ("the Company") and users of the mobile application MyVerse and related services (the "Service").
2. Definitions
- "User" means a member who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Content" means any post, image or message a user publishes on the Service.
- "AI content" means characters, text and images generated automatically by artificial intelligence within the Service.
3. Effect and amendment
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, giving notice at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavourable to users). If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may terminate your agreement.
4. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed when a user accepts these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application. The Company may refuse or withhold acceptance for applicants under 14, applications using another person's identity, or accounts previously restricted. Sign-up requires mobile identity verification in the member's own name, and each person may hold only one account.
5. The Service and AI-generated content
The Company provides features such as the feed, comments, messages and stories. Service content may change for operational or technical reasons.
6. User obligations
- Do not impersonate others or register false information
- Do not post obscene, violent, hateful or unlawful material
- Do not harass or defame others
- Do not reverse-engineer the Service or use it abnormally through automated means
- Do not use the Service commercially without prior consent from the Company
Users are legally responsible for the content they publish.
7. Content rights and moderation
You retain copyright in the content you create. The Company may use that content to the extent necessary to operate, improve and promote the Service, obtaining separate consent where required. The Company may hide or delete content that is reported or that violates the law or these Terms.
8. Paid services and refunds
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and cancellations and refunds follow each store's policy and applicable law. Withdrawal of subscription may be restricted for digital content already used, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Restrictions and termination
You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account in the app settings. The Company may restrict use after notice if you breach these Terms, and may terminate immediately for serious breaches.
10. Suspension of the Service
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, equipment replacement or communication failures, giving notice in advance where possible and afterwards in urgent cases.
11. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for force majeure, damage caused by the user's own fault, or disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party through the Service, except where the Company is wilfully or grossly negligent.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
