2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 가입·탈퇴 등 회원 관리
- 본인 확인, 중복 가입 방지(1인 1계정), 연령에 따른 기능 제한, 회원 문의·분쟁 대응(본인인증 정보)
- 서비스 제공: 피드·댓글·메시지 등 핵심 기능 동작
- AI 페르소나의 응답 생성 등 서비스 고유 기능 제공(제6항 참조)
- 부정 이용 방지, 신고 처리, 커뮤니티 안전 확보
- 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석(선택 동의한 회원에 한해 별도 분석 식별자로 처리 — 제8항)

3. 보유 및 이용 기간
회사는 이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 개인정보를 파기합니다. 이용자가 계정을 삭제하면 회원 정보와 작성 콘텐츠는 즉시 또는 30일 이내에 파기합니다. 다만 다음의 경우 명시한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 부정 이용 기록: 부정 가입·이용 방지를 위해 1년
- 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따른 기록
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년
- 대금 결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록: 3년
- 통신비밀보호법에 따른 접속 기록: 3개월
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

- 법령에 따라 요구되거나, 수사기관이 법령에 정한 절차와 방법에 따라 요청한 경우
5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 위탁 업무 수행 목적 외 개인정보 처리를 금지하고 있습니다.

이전 항목은 각 위탁 업무 수행에 필요한 최소한의 정보이며, 이전 시기는 서비스 이용 시점, 보유 기간은 위탁 계약 종료 시까지입니다. 이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 이용할 수 없습니다.
6. AI 기능과 입력 정보의 처리
AI 응답을 생성하기 위해 이용자가 입력한 내용(게시물, 메시지 등)과 프로필 설정값의 일부가 위 제5항의 AI 처리 수탁자에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자가 별도로 동의하지 않는 한 이용자의 입력 내용을 AI 모델 학습 목적으로 사용하지 않으며, 학습 활용에 동의한 경우에도 앱 내 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
7. 휴대폰 본인인증
- 회원가입 시 PortOne을 통한 NHN KCP 휴대폰 본인인증(PASS 등)을 진행합니다.
- 저장 항목: 이름·휴대폰 번호(암호화하여 저장), 출생연도, 성별, 내·외국인 여부, 본인인증·성인 여부, 인증 시각, 중복 가입 방지용 DI의 키 기반 해시값. 생년월일 전체와 CI·DI 원문은 저장하지 않습니다.
- 이용 목적: 본인 확인, 중복 가입 방지(1인 1계정), 연령에 따른 기능 제한(성인 설정), 회원 문의·분쟁 대응.
- 보유 기간: 계정 유지 동안 보관하며 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 이름·휴대폰 번호는 다른 회원에게 표시하거나 제공하지 않으며, AI 학습이나 서비스 이용 통계로 전송하지 않습니다.
8. 서비스 이용 통계 (선택 동의)
- 앱 설정 > 데이터 활용 > 서비스 이용 통계에 참여에서 동의한 회원에 한해, 글 작성 시각·종류·사진 개수, 연령대(본인인증 출생연도 기준 10년 단위)·성별(본인인증 값, 없으면 회원이 선택한 값과 그 출처)과 별도로 발급한 분석 식별자를 처리합니다.
- 이름·휴대폰 번호·생년월일, 게시물·댓글·메시지 본문, 사진, 이메일, 닉네임은 전송하지 않습니다.
- Google Cloud BigQuery 서울 리전에 저장하며 분석 이벤트 보관 기간은 30일입니다.
- 동의하지 않아도 서비스를 이용할 수 있고, 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하거나 계정을 삭제하면 새 수집을 중단하고 이미 전송된 기록의 삭제를 순차 처리합니다.
9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
- 프로필 확인·수정: 앱 내 설정 > 프로필 편집
- 계정 삭제: 앱 내 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이메일(bridgestudio@bridgestudio-ai.com)로 요청하셔도 처리해 드립니다.
- 기타 권리 행사: 위 이메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.
10. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실이 확인되면 지체 없이 해당 정보를 파기합니다.
11. 파기 절차 및 방법
전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구·재생이 불가능한 기술적 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.
12. 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호 등 인증 정보의 암호화 저장 및 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)
- 이름·휴대폰 번호의 암호화 저장 및 본인인증 정보의 별도 저장소 분리
- 개인정보 접근 권한의 최소화 및 접근 통제
- 접속 기록 보관 및 위·변조 방지
- AI 생성 콘텐츠에 대한 사전 검수 및 신고·차단 체계 운영

14. 방침의 변경
본 방침의 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되는 경우 시행 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 알려드립니다.

2. Why we use it
- Identifying members and managing sign-up, withdrawal and accounts
- Identity confirmation, preventing duplicate accounts (one person, one account), age-based feature limits, and handling inquiries or disputes (identity verification data)
- Operating core features such as the feed, comments and messages
- Generating AI persona responses (see section 6)
- Preventing abuse, handling reports and keeping the community safe
- Statistical analysis for product improvement, only for members who opt in, using a separate analytics identifier (section 8)
- Delivering notices and responding to inquiries
3. Retention period
We destroy personal data without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. When you delete your account, your member information and content are destroyed immediately or within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention:
- Records of fraudulent use: 1 year
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
- Access logs under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act: 3 months
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except when you have given prior consent, or when required by law or requested by an investigative agency following the procedures set out in law.

Only the minimum data required for each task is transferred, at the time you use the Service, and it is retained until the processing agreement ends. You may refuse the international transfer, in which case some or all of the Service may become unavailable.
6. AI features and your input
To generate AI responses, content you enter (posts, messages) and parts of your profile settings may be sent to the AI processors listed in section 5. We do not use your input to train AI models unless you separately consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in the app settings.
7. Mobile identity verification
- At sign-up, members complete mobile identity verification (e.g. PASS) through NHN KCP via PortOne.
- Stored: name and mobile number (encrypted), birth year, gender, domestic/foreign status, verification and adult status, verification time, and a keyed hash of the DI to prevent duplicate accounts. The full date of birth and the raw CI/DI are not stored.
- Purpose: identity confirmation, preventing duplicate accounts, age-based feature limits (adult settings), handling inquiries and disputes.
- Retention: kept while the account exists and deleted without delay when you delete your account.
- Name and mobile number are never shown or provided to other members, and are not used for AI training or usage statistics.
8. Usage statistics (optional)
- Only for members who opt in under Settings > Data use > Take part in usage statistics, we process post time, type and photo count, age band (10-year bands based on the verified birth year) and gender (the verified value, or otherwise the value you chose, with its source), together with a separately issued analytics identifier.
- Name, mobile number, date of birth, post/comment/message text, photos, email and nickname are not sent.
- Data is stored in Google Cloud BigQuery (Seoul region) and analytics events are kept for 30 days.
- You can use the Service without opting in and can withdraw at any time. On withdrawal or account deletion, new collection stops and deletion of records already sent is processed in turn.
9. Your rights, including account deletion
- View or edit your profile: Settings > Edit profile in the app
- Delete your account: Settings > Account > Delete account in the app. You may also email bridgestudio@bridgestudio-ai.com and we will process it for you.
- Other requests (access, correction, suspension of processing) are handled without delay via the same email address.
10. Children under 14
We do not accept sign-ups from children under the age of 14. If we learn that we have collected such data, we destroy it without delay.
11. How we destroy data
Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
12. Security measures

- Retention of access logs and protection against tampering
- Pre-release review of AI-generated content, plus reporting and blocking
